Most of us welcome hot weather, but when it's too hot for too long, there are health risks. Make sure the hot weather does not harm you or anyone you know. Please follow the links below for advice on how to keep safe this summer and how to check for signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

With the holiday season well upon us, did you know you can now complete and submit a travel questionnaire online - just click on the services bar at the top of the page, and click travel.
Simply complete and submit the questionnaire, and one of our Practices Nurses will contact you with an appointment or travel advise as needed.
Please note all travel questionnaires and enquiries need to be submitted to the practice at least 6 weeks before travelling.

Both premises are accessible for patients with disabilities and a wheelchair is now available at Shiregreen for getting around in the building. If you require any help to get into or around the building please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
